and thats where your wrong. yuzu was in violation of multiple licenses...including the license it was released under (gpl).they distributed nintendos crypt key and bios...without permission. both of which are nintendos intellectual property. this is also how they violated gpl. the distrubuted code they had no rights to redistribute which was also proprietary and incompatable with gpl. this IS a violation of every version of gpl. therefor technically they no longer had the right to even distribute the gpl licensed portion either. a violation of gpl automaticaly terminates the "contract" until you come into compliance with the license effectively voiding ALL rights under the license....and yes that includes if your the author.
