Developer BCQT released Frontline Crisis earlier in August, and like a lot of smaller games it seems to have flown under the radar but if you love tower defense and top down shooting you need to play this.

Here's a fun surprise for you today, Infinitode 2 - Infinite Tower Defense is a free to play game that just added Native Linux support on July 30th.

Bloons TD 6 is an absolutely wonderful family-friendly Tower Defense game, and if you don't own it already you can grab it free on Epic Games and it works great on Linux.
